The Winning Edge: Women and Competition in Sports and Beyond.

The 4th Annual Women’s Leadership Conference at the University of New Haven, focusing on the theme of The Winning Edge: Women and Competition in Sports and Beyond, will bring together students, faculty, professionals and members of the community for a day-long exploration and discussion of competition and the role that athletics, sports and outdoor adventure play in helping women and girls challenge stereotypes and master useful, transferable skills that encourage lifelong success.

The conference is designed to foster participation and connection, with break-out sessions and small group discussions in addition to our featured presentations.
